Back after a year

I can’t believe it’s been a year since my last update. Silence doesn’t indicate a lack of activity. 2022 was set aside to start the research for the next book. So many directions it could take. So many stories I’ve collected. In the end I decided to focus on Fresno’s pioneer women who had significant impacts on this emerging town. This means 2023 is for writing. Pulling together myriad threads into a cohesive story. The February OLLI lecture at Fresno State is an introduction to what I’ve unearthed. Preparing for that session has helped me organize my thoughts and offers an opportunity to hear from those who may have more to add.

How much richer our history could be when seen through the eyes of the women who were there!!
